近年来,我国社会文化艺术事业的不断发展,提升了高校艺术教育在高等教育中的地位。因此,充分开发并合理整合高校艺术教师人力资源、建立一支结构与配置优化的高校艺术师资队伍,是高等艺术院校深化人事制度改革、提高办学效益与教学质量以及培养高级艺术人才的关键。文章以高校艺术教师人力资源为研究对象,从人力资源结构分析与人力资源配置优化入手,综合运用教育学和管理学等相关理论,在对高校艺术教师人力资源结构系统分析的基础上,提出艺术教师人力资源优化配置的策略。
In recent years, the continuous development of social culture and the arts in our country has promoted the status of art education in higher education in higher education.
