As a new exchange model of academic information,“Open Access”has drawn wide attention.This paper uses online surveys,investigated open access resource utilization in university library and sports academy library,particularly introduced the main access way of physicaleducation open access resource,and three measures were drawn on this basis about integration and use of open access resource by sports academylibrary:increase publicity of open access resources,collect and collate open access resource of physical education,establish open source navigationsystem of physical education.
