随着油田的不断开发,出现了越来越多阻碍开发的问题,油井含蜡就是其中之一。在众多的清防蜡技术中,微生物单井防蜡技术逐渐显现出了其独特的技术优势。本文阐述了微生物单井防蜡技术的防蜡机理,通过筛选出的高效防蜡菌液与含蜡原油的作用实验,原油样品的烷烃组分(结蜡的主要贡献组分)减少,含蜡量下降,凝固点平均降低7.22%。现场微生物单井防蜡技术处理的288口含蜡油井中,233口取得了明显的增油与油井维护效果,累计增油32682.9t,节约热洗1671井次,减少化学用量11780kg。因此,微生物防蜡菌液能够有效的阻止蜡在原油中的析出,改善原油的流动性,而运用微生物单井防蜡技术处理油井可以获得比较理想的油井增产和油井维护效果。
With the continuous development of oilfields, more and more problems have hindered development. Waxing of oil wells is one of them. Among the many anti-wax technology, micro-single-well wax technology has gradually shown its unique technical advantages. In this paper, the anti-wax mechanism of single-well microbe wax technology is described. Through the experiment of the effect of high-efficiency anti-wax bacteria liquid and waxy crude oil, the paraffin component (the main contribution component of the wax) The amount decreased, the average freezing point decreased 7.22%. Among the 288 waxy wells treated with single-well anti-wax technology in the field, 233 wells achieved obvious oil increase and oil well maintenance effect, accumulatively increasing 32682.9t of oil, saving 1671 wells of heat washing and reducing 11780kg of chemical dosage. Therefore, the antimicrobial wax solution can effectively prevent wax precipitation in the crude oil and improve the fluidity of the crude oil. However, using the single well paraffin control technology to treat the oil well can achieve better oil well stimulation and oil well maintenance effect.
