根据河北省保定市基地型农业的发展现状,通过京津冀保农业区位商的差异化分析,探讨发展保定市基地型农业对接京津(北京市、天津市)的可行性.保定市目前存在基地型农业规模较小、政策支持不到位、对接京津战略中"一头热"、农产品品牌知名度低等制约因素,应有针对性地发展龙头企业,普及优惠政策,加强与京津两地的政策沟通,以及搞好农产品品牌建议.
