在高渗枸椽酸腺嘌呤(HCA)保存液中加入异搏定(VP)5mg/dl(实验组)与单纯HCA液(对照组)分别低温保存联合切取的兔胰腺及肾脏。观察器官的超微结构变化,并用酶组织化学方法进行定量分析,以探讨HCA+VP液对兔胰腺、肾脏低温保存的影响。结果表明,兔胰腺及肾脏冷保存0~36h,实验组器官的超微结构变化轻微,对照组36h出现明显的结构损伤。酶组织化学定量分析,冷保存36h,实验组琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)较对照组器官明显高,差异显著(P<0.01)。表明加VP的HCA液对冷保存的胰腺、肾脏有更好的保存作用。
The pancreatic islets and kidneys of the rabbits were cryopreserved with 5 mg / dL of verapamil (experimental group) and HCA alone (control group) respectively in the hyperchloremic adenine (HCA) solution. The ultrastructural changes of organs were observed and quantified by enzyme histochemistry to investigate the effect of HCA + VP solution on the pancreas and kidney in rabbits. The results showed that the pancreas and kidneys of the rabbits were cold stored for 0 ~ 36h, the ultrastructural changes of the organs in the experimental group were slight, and obvious structural damage occurred in the control group at 36h. Enzyme histochemical quantitative analysis, cold storage 36h, the experimental group succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) was significantly higher than the control group organs, the difference was significant (P <0.01). The results showed that the HCA solution plus VP had a better preservative effect on cold-preserved pancreas and kidney.
