首先分析了沥青路面车辙病害的形成机理和高温下沥青混合料的强度构成原理,探讨了间接拉伸(IDT)试验原理及其与沥青用量的关系;其次在不同试验条件下对AC-16和克拉玛依70#基质沥青构成的沥青混合料进行了IDT试验,分析了IDT强度的变化规律与影响因素;最后对IDT强度数据与车辙试验结果进行了相关分析。结果表明:可以采用IDT强度取代马歇尔稳定度和流值作为沥青混合料的高温性能设计参数;将试验温度为40℃、加载速率为50 mm.min-1作为IDT试验的测试条件较为合适。
Firstly, the formation mechanism of rutting disease on asphalt pavement and the strength constitution principle of asphalt mixture at high temperature were analyzed. The principle of indirect tensile test (IDT) and its relationship with the amount of asphalt were discussed. Secondly, under different experimental conditions, The asphalt mixture composed of 70 # matrix asphalt of Karamay was tested by IDT, and the variation regularity and influential factors of IDT strength were analyzed. Finally, the correlation analysis between IDT intensity data and the rutting test results was carried out. The results show that IDT strength can be used instead of Marshall stability and flow value as the design parameters of high temperature performance of asphalt mixture. When the test temperature is 40 ℃ and the loading rate is 50 mm.min-1, the test conditions of IDT test are suitable.
