目的:探索开展中专生艾滋病健康教育教学效果。方法:在衡阳某校2014级新生共480名中职学生中开展艾滋病健康教育教学。结果:教育教学前、后480名学生对艾滋病知识总知晓率分别为64.26%和77.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教育教学前男、女大学生对艾滋病知识总知晓率分别为63.86%和64.63%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教育教学前农村和城市学生对艾滋病知识总知晓率分别为63.68%和64.91%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教育教学前、后对艾滋病传播途径知晓率较高均大于98%;教育教学前、后对艾滋病非传播途径总知晓率分别为50.56%和72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教育教学前、后对艾滋病专业知识知晓率分别为58.21%和73.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中职生对艾滋病知识知晓率不高,通过教育教学后,达到了一定的教学效果。
Objective: To explore the effect of AIDS health education for secondary school students. Methods: A total of 480 secondary school students from a 2014 freshman school in Hengyang conducted AIDS health education teaching. Results: Before and after education, the total awareness of HIV / AIDS among 480 students was 64.26% and 77.92%, respectively, with significant difference (P <0.05). Before the teaching, male and female college students’ awareness of AIDS was 63.86% and 64.63%, respectively. There was no significant difference between them (P> 0.05). Before the education, the awareness rate of HIV / AIDS among rural and urban students was 63.68% and 64.91% respectively, with no significant difference (P> 0.05) Before and after teaching, the awareness rate of AIDS transmission was higher than 98%; before and after education, the total awareness rate of non-transmission of AIDS was 50.56% and 72.50% respectively, with significant difference (P <0.05); education Before and after teaching AIDS awareness of professional knowledge were 58.21% and 73.60%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Secondary vocational students’ awareness of HIV / AIDS knowledge is not high. Through education and teaching, a certain teaching effect has been achieved.
