大型自行式工程机械的供电电缆要求采用电缆卷筒或电缆车收放,而电缆卷筒或电缆车收放电缆的关键在于电境的线速度与机器行走速度的同步问题。这个问题的解决方法很多,本文介绍采用鼠笼式力矩电机加摆动开关的方法实现同步的原理。文中介绍了力矩电机的软特性曲线,说明利用调压器调节力矩电机的输入电压,可增减其输出力矩。利用力矩电机的这种特性,无调压器的力矩电机可实现电缆张力在小范围内变化的同步。加入摆动开关作为传递电缆张力变化的信号后,可在电缆张力变化较大时,自动控制电缆卷筒力的平衡状态,实现平衡。
