针对飞机数字飞控参数的测试需求,机载测试系统以数字飞控为核心,完成了数字飞控参数的实时监控和100%记录。在试飞测试中,发现数字飞控出现了时间跳点这种异常现象。在对时间跳点现象深入分析的基础上,确认这一异常现象发生的原因。最终,采用硬件和软件的方法解决了数字飞控的时间跳点问题。
According to the test requirements of aircraft digital flight control parameters, the airborne test system takes digital flight control as the core and realizes real-time monitoring and 100% recording of digital flight control parameters. In the test flight test, it was found that there was an anomaly of the time jump point in the digital flight control. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the phenomenon of time jump point, confirm the cause of this anomaly. Finally, using hardware and software to solve the problem of digital flight control time jump.
