采用了双梯度淋洗法对高分子量的聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)进行柱上制备分级,利用粘度法测定各级分的分子量,得到分子量的积分和微分分布曲线,由曲线可知其和未分级样品的相比较接近,表明分级方法可靠。同时发现PAM稀溶液的[η]与放置时间、超声波震荡时间均有关系。采用Brabender流变仪初步研究了PAM稀溶液的流变特性。
The double-gradient elution method was used to fractionate the high molecular weight polyacrylamide (PAM) on the column. The molecular weight of each fraction was determined by viscosity method. The integral and differential distribution curve of molecular weight were obtained. Are closer to each other, indicating that the grading method is reliable. At the same time, it is found that the [η] of dilute solution of PAM is related to the setting time and ultrasonic oscillation time. The rheological properties of dilute PAM solutions were studied using a Brabender rheometer.
