采用有限元软件ANSYS详细分析了同级型和异极型2种结构磁悬浮轴承的磁场分布,给出了2种结构磁轴承的二维磁力线分布图和磁场分布图,并分析了同级型磁轴承二维磁场矢量分布和三维磁通密度矢量分布。详细计算了在不同频率下2种结构磁轴承的功率损耗,给出了功率损耗随交变电流频率变化拟合曲线。分析结果表明,同极型磁轴承磁力线分布在同一方向,全部平行于转子的轴线,因而耦合效应小,功率损耗小,在应用上具有更加明显的优越性。
The finite element software ANSYS is used to analyze the magnetic field distribution of two kinds of structural magnetic bearings of the same and the same type in detail. The two-dimensional magnetic field distribution and magnetic field distribution of the two kinds of structural magnetic bearings are given. Bearing two-dimensional magnetic field vector distribution and three-dimensional magnetic flux density vector distribution. The power loss of the two kinds of magnetic bearings at different frequencies is calculated in detail. The curves of power loss with the variation of the alternating current frequency are given. The analysis results show that the magnetic flux of the same type of magnetic bearings are distributed in the same direction, all parallel to the axis of the rotor, so the coupling effect is small and the power loss is small, which has obvious advantages in application.
