沉降变形观测分析评估是确保铁路客运专线轨道结构铺设质量的关键环节,探讨沉降变形评估标准与合理控制具有意义。针对沉降变形评估指标分类及其控制标准、观测期合理控制、曲线回归相关系数的控制标准和沉降量<1 mm观测断面的评估等进行深入讨论。总结提出铁路客运专线沉降变形评估指标体系,并将10个评估指标细分为核心指标、基本指标和一般指标3个等级。核心指标应严格满足相关要求,任何一个指标不满足要求,不能通过评估;基本指标应整体满足相关要求,个别指标超过限值不大时,可以基本通过评估,同时提出完善意见;一般指标应基本满足相关要求。根据沉降变形的发展趋势,将沉降时间曲线分为3种类型,并提出了相应的观测期控制标准。建议曲线回归相关系数的最低标准可以由0.92放宽至0.85。建议对于观测期满足《评估技术指南》的要求,实测沉降量小于1 mm的观测断面,在整体沉降趋于稳定的条件下,直接判定其满足评估要求。

According to the trend of settlement deformation, the settlement time curves are divided into three types, and the corresponding control standards for observation period are proposed. The minimum recommended regression coefficient for the regression can be relaxed from 0.92 to 0.85. It is suggested that for the observing period to meet the requirements of “Technical Guidelines for Assessment”, the observed section with the subsidence less than 1 mm should be measured and the subsidence should be directly satisfied if the overall subsidence tends to be stable.
