中职教育是构成我国教育体系的一部分,其目的在于为社会和国家培养实用性的人才,促进学生发展,也为社会发展提供人才。我国教育体制在逐渐改革的过程中,中职教育也体现出与时俱进的特点,其中中职教育就已经开设了法律教育的相关课程。由此可见,中职教育对中职生的法律意识培养有了一定的重视。本文主要分析了当前我国中职教育中的法律教育,并针对如何有效培养中职生法律意识提出了几点建议。
Secondary vocational education is part of our education system. Its purpose is to train practical and talented people for society and nation, to promote the development of students and to provide talents for social development. In the process of gradual reform of our education system, secondary vocational education also embodies the characteristics of keeping pace with the times, of which secondary education has already opened the relevant courses of legal education. Thus, secondary vocational education on the legal awareness of vocational students have received some attention. This article mainly analyzes the current legal education in secondary vocational education in China and puts forward some suggestions on how to effectively cultivate the legal awareness of secondary vocational students.
