目的 研究 ret基因的活化与人类甲状腺癌的关系。方法 对 5 0例高度怀疑甲状腺癌的甲状腺结节患者采用超声引导下细针穿刺技术与 RT- PCR技术相结合 ,研究活检组织中 ret基因的活化形式 PTC基因的表达。结果 乳头状癌 2 6例 ,其中有 7例 (2 7% ) PTC基因表达阳性 ;另 2 4例中滤泡状癌 1 0例 ,未分化癌 2例 ,腺瘤 5例 ,结节性甲状腺肿 7例 ,均未见 PTC基因表达。结论 ret基因的活化仅出现在甲状腺乳头状癌中 ,因此对 PTC基因的检测可作为人类乳头状癌的鉴别诊断和判断生物学行为的有效指标
Objective To study the relationship between the activation of ret gene and human thyroid cancer. Methods 50 cases of thyroid nodules with high suspicion of thyroid cancer were treated with ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration and RT-PCR to study the expression of the activated form of ret gene in biopsy tissues. Results 26 cases of papillary carcinoma, of which 7 (27%) positive PTC gene expression; the other 24 cases of follicular carcinoma in 10 cases, two cases of undifferentiated carcinoma, adenoma in 5 cases, nodular thyroid Swollen in 7 cases, no expression of PTC gene. Conclusion The activation of ret gene is only found in papillary thyroid carcinoma. Therefore, the detection of PTC gene can be used as an effective marker for the differential diagnosis and judgment of biological behavior of human papillary carcinoma
