目的对半灌木千斤拔进行生药学鉴别。方法采用基源鉴别法、性状鉴别法、显微鉴别法鉴别半灌千斤拔。结果半灌木千斤拔原植物为半灌木,单叶互生,叶面几无毛;总状花序顶生,苞片蚌壳状,蝶形花白色。药材根呈长圆柱形,表面灰棕色;断面皮部棕褐色,木部宽广,类白色或淡黄棕色,有明显的放射状纹理。根横切面的皮层薄壁细胞内含红棕色物质;大型的分泌腔散在于皮层和韧皮部中。药材粉末中可见棕色块、草酸钙方晶、晶鞘纤维及含棕色物的薄壁细胞。结论鉴别特征明显、稳定,可作为鉴别半灌木千斤拔的依据。
Objective To identify the crude pharmacological effects of semi-shrubs. Methods The method of base source identification, trait identification and microscopic identification were used to distinguish between semi-irrigation and catching. Results of semi-shrubs unplug the original plant as a half shrub, single leaf alternate, few glabrous leaves; raceme top, bracts clawed, butterfly-shaped white flowers. Medicine root cylindrical shape, the surface gray brown; cross-section tan, broad wood, white or yellowish brown, with obvious radial texture. The cortical parenchyma in the transverse cross-section contains reddish brown material; the large secretion cavity is scattered in the cortex and phloem. Brown powder can be seen in medicine powder, calcium oxalate crystal, crystal sheath fibers and parenchyma cells containing brown. Conclusion The distinguishing characteristics are obvious and stable, which can be used as the basis to distinguish the unpolluted shrubs.
