叶片泵在输送气液两相混合介质时 ,其扬程和效率与输送纯液体相比 ,有不同程度的降低 ,降低的程度与气泡群在叶轮内的滞留状况密切相关。现文推荐一种实用的泵导叶水力设计的选型方法。该方法将含气率α、增压Δp和气液混输泵综合性能指标λ作为选型的 3个综合考虑依据 ,其原则是保证泵即使在高含气比下仍有较强的增压能力。按此方法对 6组导叶设计方案进行了选型 ,最后综合评价增压单元内的叶轮和导叶 ,得到 6组增压方案
