根据连铸机辊子工作特点,在推导计算辊子不同表面区域的温度和综合传热系数的基础上,分析了辊子的热应力变化规律及其对辊子表面裂纹扩展的力学影响。
According to the working characteristics of continuous casting machine roller, based on the calculation of the temperature and the integrated heat transfer coefficient of different surface area of the roller, the changing rules of the roller thermal stress and its mechanical influence on the crack propagation on the roller surface are analyzed.
