关于我国高校教师权利民主权利的实现基础问题一直是我国探讨教师权利问题的重要方面之一,本文基于借鉴《我国教师的权利与义务及其实现保障机制研究》作者分析问题和解决问题的思路的基础上深入探讨了高校教师参与学校民主管理的政策法规基础及其实现保障途径,力图为我国高校教师参与学校民主管理权利的实现提供一点有用的解决之道。
The basic problem about the realization of the rights of democratic rights of college teachers in our country has always been one of the most important aspects for our country to explore the issue of teacher’s rights.
