新药的研制和开发(R＆D)是药物研究单位和制药企业生存和发展的生命线,世界药物的发展历史表明,新药研制和开发的成功与否,决定着药物研究单位和制药企业的盛衰。世界制药工业的发展史就是新药的研制和开发不断发展并取得成就的历史。 新药的研制和开发对推动我国医药事业的发展是极为重要的,随着人民生活水平的不断提高,为了满足社会医疗保健日益增长的要求,需要不断地提供疗效更高、安全性更大的新药,特别是针对严重危害人类生命的各种疾病,寻找有特殊疗效的药物,是一项艰巨的任务。
