卫生人力资源是医院实现可持续发展的主体,战略性卫生人力资源作为医院人力资源竞争力的核心,其带来的收益或是危机都是不容忽视的,需加以引导和防范。文章通过分析战略性卫生人力资源的重要性、风险的成因,进而提出有针对性的风险管理策略。
Human resources for health are the mainstay of hospital to achieve sustainable development. Strategic human resources as the core competitiveness of human resources in hospitals, the benefits or crisis they bring can not be ignored and need to be guided and prevented. By analyzing the importance of strategic health human resource and the causes of risk, the article puts forward the targeted risk management strategy.
