随着企业现代化管理的逐步深化,伴随着产品多样化发展,越来越多的企业意识到质量管理对企业生存发展的意义。而在诸多企业中小微企业由于自身条件所限在质量管理体系建设中有着自身的特点,由此产生了小微企业的质量体系建设管理问题。小微企业在建立质量管理体系时,往往遇到人员配备不充分、人员职能高度交叉重叠、项目执行期短等问题。为此,企业该如何在类此环境下建立质量管理体系,高效开展质量管理工作,合理配置各种资源,保证项目节点按计划进行成为关注的焦点。本文以凯迈环测公司的质量管理体系建设实施方案为研究背景,分析了小微企业在质量管理体系建设过程中所面临的问题,具体指出了小微企业在质量管理体系建设实施过程中相关问题的解决对策。小微企业的质量管理体系建设是一个现实而又必须面对的问题,论文的研究成果具有实践和理论意义。论文的写作是对小微企业质量体系建设的一种探索,为目前小微企业的质量体系建设提供了一些解决方法。
