规划档案工作是在我国各大城市的城市规划部门进行各项业务活动时形成的,它是一种作为历史性记录而保存的以备将来查考的资料,规划档案主要包含着文件的申请、方案的批示、会议的纪要等。规划档案凭借着自身独特的特点以及重要的地位,在我国各大城市的发展中起着至关重要的作用。文章将会从本人在韶关市城乡规划市政研究院从事规划档案管理实际工作出发,系统地分析规划档案自身的特点,并且对规划档案的管理工作的发展提出合理性的建议。
