目的:研究半饥饿大鼠肠黏膜形态变化与补充蛋白质对保护肠黏膜的作用。方法:将24只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、50%正常饲料组、50%饲料+蛋白组。2周杀死大鼠取小肠,观察肠黏膜形态的变化,测定小肠黏膜超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和DNA含量。结果:50%饲料+蛋白组大鼠的小肠壁厚度、绒毛高度均好于50%正常饲料组,小肠DNA含量、SOD活性明显高于50%正常饲料组(P<0.05);肠黏膜MDA含量明显低于50%正常饲料组(P<0.05)。结论:半饥饿状态下,增加大鼠饲料中蛋白质的比例,对半饥饿大鼠肠黏膜形态有一定的保护作用。
Objective: To study the morphological changes of intestinal mucosa and the effect of protein supplementation on intestinal mucosa in semi-starved rats. Methods: 24 rats were randomly divided into normal control group, 50% normal diet group, 50% feed + protein group. After 2 weeks, the small intestine was killed and the intestinal mucosa morphology was observed. The contents of superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and DNA in intestinal mucosa were determined. Results: The intestinal wall thickness and villi height of 50% feed + protein group were better than that of 50% normal feed group. The intestinal DNA content and SOD activity were significantly higher than those of 50% normal feed group (P <0.05) Significantly lower than 50% of normal diet group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Under the condition of semi-starvation, increasing the proportion of protein in the rat feed has certain protective effect on the intestinal mucosa morphology in the half-starved rats.
