观察了烟草青枯病菌 (Pseudomonassolanacearum)接种烟草叶片后的发病情况 ,结果是同一烟草品种的叶片接种不同浓度的青枯菌株 ,随着浓度增高而症状加重。烟草苗龄对发病存在影响 ,苗龄越大发病越轻。不同品种之间的症状反应表现出明显差异。温度是发病的关键因素 ,高温发病重 ,低温发病轻或不发病。在相同条件下 ,离体叶片接种比非离体叶片接种症状表现重 ,其中小龄叶又比大龄叶发病重。离体叶片注射接种法比非离体叶片注射接种法和茎部穿刺接种法能更快更好地测定烟草品种或材料的苗期抗病性
The incidence of tobacco leaf wilt after inoculation of Pseudomonas solanacearum was observed. As a result, the leaves of the same tobacco variety were inoculated with different concentrations of R. solanacearum strains, and the symptoms were aggravated as the concentration was increased. Tobacco seedling age have an impact on the incidence, the younger the age of onset the lighter. Symptoms between different species showed significant differences. Temperature is the key factor in the onset of high temperature onset, mild or no onset of hypothermia. Under the same conditions, the inoculation of isolated leaves was more severe than that of non-inoculated leaves, and the younger ones were heavier than the older ones. In vitro leaf injection inoculation method than non-in vitro leaf inoculation method and stem puncture inoculation method can be faster and better determination of tobacco varieties or material seedling disease resistance
