目的:观察左旋咪唑联合锌硒宝对小儿反复呼吸道感染的疗效及免疫功能变化。方法:82例反复呼吸道感染患儿分为两组,对照组40例给予抗感染及对症治疗,治疗组42例在常规治疗基础上加用左旋咪唑和锌硒宝。结果:治疗组疗效优于时照组(P<0．01);结论:左旋咪唑联合锌硒宝治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效满意。
Objective: To observe the efficacy and immune function of levamisole combined with Zinc-selenium in children with recurrent respiratory tract infections. Methods: Eighty-two children with recurrent respiratory tract infection were divided into two groups. The control group received anti-infective and symptomatic treatment. The treatment group received levamisole and zinc-selenium on the basis of routine treatment. Results: The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the Shizhao group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Levamisole combined with Zinc Sebo was effective in treating recurrent respiratory tract infections in children.
