本文以“交往行为”理论和“以民为本”思想为理论基础,提出了“交往服务”的政府管理模式,并分析了构建这种管理模式的途径。
Based on the theory of “communicative action” and “taking people as foundation”, this paper puts forward the government management mode of “communicative service ” and analyzes the ways to construct this kind of management mode.
