某些钙钛矿型稀土镓酸盐可通过高温固相反应制得。曾有报道LaGaO_3:Yb·Er(Ho)是一种较好的上转换发光材料,本文根据稀土离子能级的特点,对Ga_2O_3-La_2O_3-Yb_2O_3-Er_2O~3(Ho_2O_3)体系的光谱性质进行了探讨,首次得到了一系列光谱资料及一些规律性的结果。实验测试反射光谱用ZeissVSU2-P型分光光度计测得。激发光谱和荧光光谱用HitachMPF-4型荧光分光光度计测得。X射线衍射图用丹东Y-Ⅱ型X射线衍射分析仪测定(Cu,Ka,Ni片滤波)。
Some perovskite type rare earth gallates can be prepared by high temperature solid phase reaction. It has been reported that LaGaO_3: Yb · Er (Ho) is a good upconversion luminescent material. In this paper, the spectral properties of Ga_2O_3-La_2O_3-Yb_2O_3-Er_2O_3 (Ho_2O_3) For the first time, a series of spectral data and some regular results were obtained. The experimental test reflectance spectra were measured with a Zeiss VSU2-P spectrophotometer. Excitation spectra and fluorescence spectra were measured with a Hitach MPF-4 fluorescence spectrophotometer. X-ray diffraction pattern with Dandong Y-Ⅱ X-ray diffraction analyzer (Cu, Ka, Ni film filter).
