通过组织培养,可以加速青花菜的育种工作。因为一旦从自交不亲和杂交组合中鉴定出合乎要求的单株,就能用快速繁殖的方法大量繁殖亲本原种。这一技术不必利用蕾期授粉保持自交不亲和系,从而降低了对蕾期授粉要求亲和指数高的这一育种指标。同时也避免了随着自交代数的增加,自交亲本生活力逐渐衰弱的问题。 Anderson(1977)报道了用青花菜花蕾进行培养得到茎叶。李曙轩等(1983)用青花菜的叶片、中肋和花序柄进行培养,从中肋和花序柄获得了不定芽的分化。 本文报道青花菜节段外植体的培养性能及其在快速繁殖中的作用。
Through tissue culture, can accelerate the breeding of broccoli. Because once the desired individual is identified from an incompatible cross combination, the parental parent can be bred in rapid multiplication. This technique eliminates the need to use bud stage pollination to maintain self-incompatibility, thereby reducing the breeding index that requires a high affinity index for budding. At the same time, it also avoids the problem of the self-inbreeding viability gradually weakened with the increase of selfing crosses. Anderson (1977) reported growing broccoli buds with stems and leaves. Li Shuxuan et al. (1983) used broccoli leaf, rib and inflorescence stem culture, adventitious bud differentiation obtained from the rib and inflorescence handle. This paper reports the culture of broccoli segmental explants and its role in rapid propagation.
