为掌握了解学龄前儿童碘营养状况,按照《新疆维吾尔自治区碘缺乏病防治监测实施方案》的通知,我们对乌鲁木齐县大湾乡辖区内4所小学383名5~7岁学龄前儿童进行了IDD调查。经触诊查出甲状腺肿大率为4.96%,男女之间无差异(5.58%、4.35%);碘盐半定量测定,学龄前儿童自带食用碘盐合格率为82.02%;碘盐覆盖率为100%。销售商店食用盐含碘量合格率为85.71%,居民食用碘盐含量合格率为87.01%,测定水样4份,水碘含量范围2.0~3.85μg/L,均值为2.78μg/L,测定尿样47份,尿碘中位数252.81μg/L,尿碘水平为98.75~596.58μg/L,尿碘均值为274.81μg/L。调查结果显示,学龄前儿童甲肿率、碘盐覆盖率、尿碘中位数、尿碘均值均已达到IDD的基本消除标准。
In order to understand the iodine nutrition status of preschool children, according to the “Implementation Plan of Iodine Deficiency Disorders Prevention and Control Monitoring in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,” we conducted 383 pre-school children aged 5 to 7 in 4 primary schools in Dawang Township, Urumqi County, survey. The thyroid enlargement rate was 4.96% by palpation. There was no difference between men and women (5.58%, 4.35%). The semi-quantitative determination of iodized salt had a pass rate of 82 .02%; iodized salt coverage of 100%. The qualified rate of iodine content of edible salt in sales stores was 85.71%, the qualified rate of iodized salt for residents was 87.01%, 4 samples for determination of water, and the iodine content of water ranged from 2.0 to 3.85 μg / L, 2.78μg / L. 47 urine samples were measured, the median urinary iodine was 252.81μg / L, the urinary iodine level was 98.75 ~ 596.58μg / L, and the urinary iodine was 274.81μg / L. The survey results show that the pre-school children’s goiter rate, iodized salt coverage, median urinary iodine, urinary iodine average have reached the basic elimination criteria for IDD.
