汞(Hg)是一种非人体必需元素,任何水平的Hg暴露都会对中枢神经系统尤其是脑发育造成损害。大脑皮层也是Hg神经毒性作用的敏感部位。本实验利用行为学实验和组织化学实验方法研究Hg对小鼠行为和皮层NADPH-d阳性神经元数量的影响,为揭示Hg对小鼠行为和大脑皮层一氧化氮合酶(NOS)
Mercury (Hg) is a non-human essential element and any level of Hg exposure can damage the central nervous system, especially brain development. The cerebral cortex is also a sensitive site of Hg neurotoxicity. In this study, behavioral experiments and histochemical experiments were used to study the effects of Hg on the behavior of mice and the number of NADPH-d positive neurons in the cortex. To reveal the effect of Hg on the behavior of mice and the activity of nitric oxide synthase (NOS)
