一、引言近年来,邮电通信企业在经营方面开展了盈亏平衡分析。尽管才刚刚开始,却收到了可喜的效果,同志们开始树立起经营思想,同时也为现代管理方法继续深入地在邮电行业内部各个环节上推行,打开了通道。市内电话经营中的盈亏平衡分析表明,市话收入一般直接随实装用户数正变;市话支出(成本)则表现为一个固定费用(固定成本)和一个随实装用户数正变的可变费用(可变成本)相加的形式。固定成本往往较大,而单位可变成本都很小。于是导出了“一旦建设投产,尽快地放号是市话网早盈利的重要措施”的结论。这一结论的得出,使那些本来
