通过对纸纤维特性及其微结构深入了解的基础上进行了微型平台的机构运动原理分析,搭建了纸纤维操作微型平台系统,进行了纸纤维的观测和操作等相关实验,进而通过实验分析对机床进行了优化设计,提出了改进平台的结构方案,利用软件构建了新平台的三维实体模型并分析,未来要进行对新平台的搭建和进行实验以论证平台的合理性和实用性。
Based on the deep understanding of the paper fiber characteristics and its microstructure, the motion principle of the micro-platform was analyzed. The micro-platform system of paper fiber operation was set up. The related experiments of paper fiber observation and operation were carried out. The optimal design of the machine tool is put forward. The structure scheme of the improved platform is put forward. The three-dimensional solid model of the new platform is constructed and analyzed by software. In the future, the construction and experiment of the new platform should be carried out to demonstrate the rationality and practicability of the platform.
