目的总结急性有机磷杀虫药中毒致中间型综合征的诊断与治疗体会,以提高对中间型综合征IMS的诊治水平。方法对41例中间型综合征IMS的患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果41例患者给予机械通气并给予突击量氯磷定及其他对症支持处理后,死亡6例,治愈35例,死亡率14.64%,成功率达85.36%。结论对于IMS患者尽早给予机械通气并给予突击量氯磷定治疗,可提高抢救成功率。
Objective To summarize the diagnosis and treatment of intermediate syndrome caused by acute organophosphate insecticide poisoning to improve the diagnosis and treatment of intermediate syndrome (IMS). Methods The clinical data of 41 patients with intermediate syndrome IMS were analyzed retrospectively. Results After the mechanical ventilation was given to 41 patients, 6 patients were killed and 35 patients were cured. The mortality rate was 14.64% and the success rate was 85.36%. Conclusion As soon as possible for mechanical ventilation in patients with IMS and the assault on the treatment of chlorphenes, can improve the success rate of rescue.
