从种种“中国式求人”的现象中,不难看出中国的社会运行成本很高,这与社会交往中的良性规则文化缺失有关。观察国人的社会生活,往往是一幅令人费解的图景:人们花费很大力气构建起一套契合法治的显性规则,但在交往中却又弃之不用,仍旧采取古老社会遗传下来且经过利益固化的潜规则。破解“中国式求人”困境,必须深入到社会肌理反思规则文化的异化,从中重新培育尊重良性规则的社会交往习性。
From the phenomena of “seeking Chinese”, it is not hard to see that the social operation cost in China is very high, which is related to the lack of a healthy culture of rules in social interaction.
