本文简要地回顾了近年来关于橡胶增韧环氧树脂机理的研究情况,着重介绍了有剪切屈服的裂纹化理论和裂端塑性变形理论的一些基本思想、研究方法和主要的结论。本文还评价了这些理论的准确性、完备性及其意义。认为关于橡胶增韧环氧树脂机理的研究应该将宏观力学分析和微观结构分析两种方法结合起来,特别要注重动态过程中结构和性能的关系。
In this paper, the recent researches on the mechanism of rubber toughened epoxy resin are briefly reviewed. Some basic ideas, research methods and main conclusions of cracked yielding crack theory and plastic deformation at crack tip are emphatically introduced. The paper also evaluates the accuracy, completeness and significance of these theories. It is considered that the research on the mechanism of rubber toughening epoxy resin should combine macroscopic mechanics analysis and microstructure analysis together with special attention to the relationship between structure and performance in dynamic process.
