焊接智能化技术是综合的系统集成技术,它包括焊接设备、传感与检测、信息处理、过程建模、过程控制器、机器人机构、复杂系统集成设计的实施等。其中,焊接设备自身的数字化、智能化是实现焊接工艺智能化的根本也是难点,焊接专家知识软件和技能软件是焊接智能化的关键。破译电弧的DNA让智能焊机具有超越传统焊机的优异工艺性能,才能让机器人和智能焊接发挥出自身特有的优势,实现知识阶段的人机协作。 Welding intelligent technology is a comprehensive system integration technology, which includes welding equipment, sensing and detection, information processing, process modeling, process control, robotics, complex systems integration design implementation.
