以不同pH值的甲醇-水体系组成四十多种流动相,在十多种不同牌号的ODS色谱柱上,对二百种药物进行了RP-HPLC色谱行为测试,并以保留值为流动相pH值的函数特征作指标,将药物分成碱性、酸性和中性三类。在微机上分别采用Foxbase+2.1和Foxpro2.5forwindows语言编写数据库程序。将色谱数据库与实际应用相结合,取得了较好的效果,并提出了“pH4-5减药峰序变动区”新概念。
The mobile phase consisted of more than 40 mobile phases of methanol-water system with different pH values. Two hundred kinds of drugs were tested for RP-HPLC chromatographic behavior on over ten different ODS columns. The mobile phase pH value as a function of the indicators, the drug is divided into basic, acidic and neutral three categories. In the computer using Foxbase +2.1 and Foxpro2.5forwindows language database programming. The combination of chromatographic database with practical application has achieved good results and put forward a new concept of “pH4-5 peak change area of drug reduction”.
