患者,女,22岁。入院后局麻下用Na-YAG脉冲激光治疗。面部用白色无菌方巾遮盖,暴露术野,嘱患者紧闭双目。照射中出血猛烈,当灼去瘤体约1/4时中央有一较大动脉破溃出血,用激光封闭无效。经用明胶海绵压迫数分钟后血止,乃中止手术。术后第6天,患者诉左眼视物模糊。眼科会诊:右眼视力1.5;左眼0.02,球结膜血管弯曲,充血明显,屈光间质透明。眼底:视盘色泽潮红,境界尚清晰,血管呈螺旋状弯曲,后极部色淡,有点状及
