目的探讨磷虾油对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响。方法依据国食药监保化[2012]107号发布的《辅助降低血脂功能检验方法》,配置高脂饲料建立高脂血症大鼠模型,分别按0.167g/kg(体重)、0.333g/kg(体重)和1.00g/kg(体重)灌喂磷虾油,连续30d,测定大鼠血清中的总胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG),低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C),高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)水平。结果 1.00g/kg剂量组总胆固醇(2.98±0.57mmol/L)低于模型对照组(3.71±0.56mmol/L)(P<0.01),甘油三酯(2.49±1.22mmol/L)低于模型对照组(4.78±1.36mmol/L)(P<0.01),低密度脂蛋白(1.32±0.34mmol/L)低于模型对照组(1.74±0.46mmol/L)(P<0.05)。高密度脂蛋白(1.43±0.10mmol/L)低于模型对照组(1.39±0.21mmol/L)(P>0.05)。目的磷虾油对高脂血症大鼠具有降血脂的作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of krill oil on blood lipids in experimental hyperlipidemic rats. Methods According to “Assisted Decreasing Blood Lipid Function Test Method” issued by GUODIAN GUANGBA [2012] No.107, a rat model of hyperlipidemia was established by using high-fat diet. The rats were treated with 0.167g / kg body weight, 0.333g / The contents of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) and total cholesterol (TC) High-density lipoprotein (HDL-C) levels. Results Total cholesterol (2.98 ± 0.57mmol / L) in 1.00g / kg dose group was significantly lower than that in model control group (3.71 ± 0.56mmol / L) and triglyceride (2.49 ± 1.22mmol / L) (4.78 ± 1.36mmol / L) and low density lipoprotein (1.32 ± 0.34mmol / L) in the control group were significantly lower than those in the model control group (1.74 ± 0.46mmol / L, P <0.05). High-density lipoprotein (1.43 ± 0.10mmol / L) was lower than that of the model control group (1.39 ± 0.21mmol / L) (P> 0.05). Objective Krill oil has a hypolipidemic effect on hyperlipidemic rats.
