压力容器作为特种设备,在化工生产中有着重要作用。由于其所储存介质性质的不同,其运行的工艺条件及工况的差异,对焊接质量的要求也不一样。压力容器不仅要承受介质的高温及很高的腐蚀性,还要承受一定压力,因此,焊接质量要求特别严格,这是压力容器在日后生产中能够安全运行的关键因素。因此,对于化工企业而言,对压力容器焊接质量进行控制尤为重要。文本通过对压力容器焊接方式的分析,对焊接质量控制进行了总结,为日后压力容器的安全运行意义重大。
