利用体外细胞培养技术,通过MTT测定、细胞计数等方法,观察了黄芩茎叶总黄酮对人胎儿平滑肌细胞的保护作用。结果表明:黄岑茎叶总黄酮能抑制平滑肌细胞的增殖,呈明显的剂量依赖关系;可显著抑制高脂血清对平滑肌细胞(SMC)的促增殖作用。提示:黄草茎叶总黄酮对动脉粥样硬化的防治可能具有一定的积极作用。
Using in vitro cell culture techniques, the protective effect of total flavonoids from stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi on human fetal smooth muscle cells was observed by MTT assay and cell counting. The results showed that the total flavonoids of stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi could inhibit the proliferation of smooth muscle cells in a dose-dependent manner, and the proliferation of smooth muscle cells (SMC) could be inhibited significantly. Tip: The total flavonoids of stems and leaves of yellow grass may have a certain positive effect on the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis.
