目的 探讨合欢皮对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 用相当于生药 10mg/ (kg .d)、10 0mg/(kg .d)和 50 0mg/ (kg .d)合欢皮水提取液 ,连续小鼠灌胃 6d ,检测小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞对鸡红细胞(CRBC)的吞噬率和吞噬指数 ,刀豆素A(ConA)刺激小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)和脾淋巴细胞白细胞介素 2 (IL 2 )诱生的水平。结果 10 0mg/ (kg .d)合欢皮使小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率、吞噬指数和TNF诱生的水平比对照组分别增加了 11.6%、18.7%和 17.3% (P <0 .0 5) ,50 0mg/(kg .d)合欢皮使小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率、吞噬指数和TNF诱生的水平比对照组分别增了19.4 %、2 8.6%和 2 6.9% (P <0 .0 1) ;50 0mg/ (kg .d)合欢皮使脾淋巴细胞IL 2诱生的水比对照组增加了 17.2 % (P <0 .0 5)。结论 合欢皮能增强小鼠免疫功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of Albizia julibrissin on immune function in mice. Methods The rats were treated with 10mg/(kg.d), 100mg/(kg.d) and 500mg/(kg.d) water extracts of Cortex Mori for 6 days. The mice were intragastrically administered for 6 days. The mouse peritoneal macrophages were detected. For erythrocyte phagocytosis and phagocytic index of chicken red blood cells (CRBC), concanavalin A (ConA) stimulated murine peritoneal macrophage tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and spleen lymphocyte interleukin 2 (IL 2) induced levels. RESULTS: The phagocytic rate, phagocytic index, and TNF-inducing level of mouse peritoneal macrophages increased by 11.0%, 18.7%, and 17.3%, respectively, compared with the control group at a dose of 100 mg/(kg.d) of Albizia julibrissin (P < .0). 5) , 50 mg/(kg .d) of Albizia julibrissin increased the phagocytosis rate, phagocytic index, and TNF-inducing level of mouse peritoneal macrophages by 19.4%, 28.6%, and 26.9%, respectively, compared to the control group (P<0.05). <0. 0 1) ;50 0 mg/ (kg .d) of Albizia julibrissin increased IL-2-induced water in splenic lymphocytes by 17.2% compared with the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Albizia julibrissin can enhance the immune function of mice.
