本着“以毒攻毒”的想法,我国明代就开始了接种人痘,以预防天花的实践。到了21世纪,全面进入免疫规划时代,预防接种已然成为预防传染病最经济、简便的手段,是控制传染病大规模流行的有效武器。然而,疫苗的发展和推广也不是一帆风顺的,其中,最让人忧心的无疑是疫苗的安全问题。
In line with the idea of “poisoning poison”, China started vaccination of chickenpox in the Ming Dynasty to prevent the practice of smallpox. By the 21st century and full access to the immunization program era, vaccination has become the most economical and easy way to prevent infectious diseases and is an effective weapon to control the pandemic of infectious diseases. However, the development and promotion of vaccines are not easy. Among them, the most worrying issue is the vaccine safety issue.
