近十年来,免疫球蛋白(Ig)的检查技术有了明显的进展。Ig的化学结构以及结构与生物学活性的关系已有很多了解。在临床上许多疾病有Ig的异常。病理情况下,Ig的变化分为:①多克隆(Clone)性高r球蛋白血症,②低r球蛋白血症,③单克隆性免疫球蛋白血因免疫球蛋白的变化可反映产生Ig的细胞在体内的状态,这对推测细胞水平的变化以及识这些疾病的本质是具有重要意义的。
