如果门诊医生平均给一位患者的时间不超过五分钟,我该如何为自己争取“更多的时间”?我该如何给医生留下深刻的印象,以至于不会被他(她)草草开药了事?我是否有可能与我的医生成为朋友,从而让医院对我来说不再那么冰冷和尴尬?《医事》作者讴歌说:“面对一个缺点颇多,然而不停在进步的医疗界,批评和埋怨不是最好的方案;拿出智慧、勇气,最有效地使用这个体系。”笔者本人一直从事有关医疗行业的写作工作,对于尴尬的医患关系和医护人员的心声深有体会,我想对于最广大的老百姓来说:最迫在眉睫的是如何最有效地利用当前的医疗体系,如何使出浑身解数让医护人员为我提供最好的服务。
