对籼型杂交水稻B优827苗期进行不同PEG浓度的水分胁迫处理,研究不同水分胁迫下超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)同功酶的变化.通过对不同浓度处理4d后的叶片进行同功酶电泳,发现SOD,POD同功酶在7.5%PEG下开始出现新的条带,并且POD同功酶在15%PEG,20%PEG下分别有新条带的增减.对7.5%PEG和20%PEG处理下0~4d的叶片进行同功酶电泳比较,发现7.5%PEG处理下SOD、POD第2天开始出现新条带.20%PEG处理下SOD到第4天出现新条带,POD在胁迫的第1天就出现了新同功酶条带,并随着胁迫时间的增加其同功酶条带有增有减.
