1996年3月14~15日由国际经济信息组织(IBC)在美国华盛顿市召开了《治疗乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎研究的最新进展会议》。现将有关微生物学内容简介如下: 1.DNA疫苗。Davis报道用含乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)PreS/S基因的重组质粒DNA免疫小鼠后,6~17周可产生抗体及T细胞杀伤反应(CTL)。在用HBsAg基因为目的基因的转基因小鼠中,注入上述质粒DNA后,2周后即可测得抗-HBs。8~12周后转基因小鼠产生抗-HBs的效价与正常小鼠相似。其
