长期以来,课堂教学多以教师为主导,学生被动性的接收、灌输被视为常态。教师形成了上课“教”好即完成任务,学生养成了课堂“听”到即可的习惯。笔者认为,大学课堂应当给予学生更多的自觉性与主动性,同时加大对于技能型人才的培育,适应市场经济的需求。本文以“税务会计与筹划”这门课程为例,论述在课堂教学中应当注意的问题以及改进方法。首先,制定科学、合理、有效的教学计划,充分关注学生的学习需求;其次,结合师生自身的实际条件,做出关于丰富教学方法,提高教学质量、调动学生兴趣、结合心理教育;再次,加大实践投入、鼓励师生共同参与教学方法改革,从而提高课堂教学效果。 For a long time, the teaching of the classroom is dominated by the teachers. The passive acceptance and instillation of the students are regarded as normal. Teachers formed a class “teaching ” that is to complete the task, students develop a classroom “listening ” to the habit. The author believes that college classroom should give students more awareness and initiative, while increasing training for skilled personnel, to adapt to the needs of the market economy. This article takes the course of tax accounting and planning as an example to discuss the problems that should be paid attention to in classroom teaching and the methods of improvement. First of all, make a scientific, reasonable and effective teaching plan, pay full attention to students’ learning needs; Secondly, with the actual conditions of teachers and students to make about the rich teaching methods, improve teaching quality, arouse the interest of students, combined with psychological education; Thirdly, Increase practical investment, encourage teachers and students to participate in the reform of teaching methods so as to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.
