Acute hypoxia can have physiological and pathological effects on many organs of pilots, especially on the heart and cardiovascular system. Many domestic and foreign data show that altitude anoxia is still one of the important causes of flight accidents. In order to do targeted flight health protection work and reduce the occurrence of flight accidents, we conducted a study on the cardiovascular status of pilots in acute hypoxia Functional changes were discussed, the report is as follows. Subjects and methods 1. Subjects: 22 male fighter pilots, aged 24 to 42 years old, average 30 years old, flight time 700 ~ 2000h, average height 170.2 ± 4.8cm, average body weight 64.8 ± 6.8kg, are normal ECG, health identification For those who pass the flight.
