用化学试剂配制不含铁的模拟湿法磷酸 ,在其铝、镁、氟杂质浓度固定的条件下 ,改变硫酸杂质的浓度 ,在 50℃下测定其氨化料浆的流变曲线。结果表明 :无铁湿法磷酸的氨化料浆具有宾汉塑性流体的特性 ,其屈服应力受硫酸杂质浓度的影响较大。主要原因与氨化过程中生成的微晶或非晶态水不溶复杂化合物 Mg Al SiNH4 PO4 H2 O有关。
The non-ferrous wet-process phosphoric acid was prepared by chemical reagent, the concentration of sulfuric acid impurity was changed under the condition of the concentration of aluminum, magnesium and fluorine impurities, and the rheological curve of the ammoniated slurry was measured at 50 ℃. The results show that the ammoniated slurry with iron-free wet-process phosphoric acid has the characteristics of Bingham plastic fluid and its yield stress is greatly influenced by the concentration of sulfuric acid. The main reason is related to the crystallization of Mg Al SiNH4 PO4 H 2 O, which is a microcrystalline or amorphous water-insoluble compound generated during the ammoniation process.
